Warranty Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This policy describes the general warranty process for HyperCirra products. The warranty term and any product-specific conditions are stated on the applicable product page, warranty document, quotation or invoice.

Policy details

1. Scope of Warranty

HyperCirra products are covered against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under the warranty supplied with the specific product or sales agreement.

Coverage applies only to the original product identified by its model and serial number and is subject to this policy and the product documentation.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period varies by product, component, sales region and order agreement. Refer to the product page, warranty document, quotation or invoice for the term that applies to your purchase.

3. Conditions for Coverage

The product must be installed, commissioned, used, stored and maintained in accordance with the applicable manuals, electrical codes and safety requirements.

Proof of purchase, the product serial number and reasonable diagnostic information may be required. Installation records may also be requested for equipment that requires a qualified installer.

The claimant must provide safe and reasonable access to the product or follow approved remote diagnostic steps where relevant.

Firmware, settings and connected components should be kept within supported configurations unless HyperCirra has approved an alternative in writing.

Warranty service must be coordinated through HyperCirra or an authorized service partner. Unauthorized disassembly or repair may affect coverage.

This warranty is additional to, and does not replace, statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

4. How to Make a Claim

Contact us with your order number, model, serial number, installation date, description of the issue and supporting photos, video, error codes or logs. We may request troubleshooting steps before arranging service.

Do not return batteries or large equipment until you receive written shipping, collection or on-site service instructions.

5. Available Remedies

After assessment, HyperCirra may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, replacement or another remedy required by applicable law or agreed sales terms.

The appropriate remedy depends on the product, fault, location, parts availability and safe logistics options. Repaired or replaced items remain subject to the applicable warranty terms.

6. What Is Not Covered

Coverage generally excludes normal wear, cosmetic changes that do not affect function, misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, incompatible equipment, unauthorized modification, external power events, environmental conditions outside specification and damage during unauthorized transport. Exact exclusions are set out in the product-specific warranty.

7. Regional Service and Contact

Service procedures and transport options vary by region. Contact sales@hikingpv.com or use our Contact Us page before arranging service. Keep this policy together with the product-specific warranty and proof of purchase.
